Exhibitor Requirements, Deadlines & Policies
- All exhibitors must be set and ready by 9 AM on Friday and stay set up until 5 PM on Sunday unless cleared with the event promoter.
- If other arrangements need to be made, exhibitors will need to contact Jeff Mayo via phone call @ (270) 748-5706.
- All reservations must be made 2 weeks before the show setup date.
- All reservations must be paid 2 weeks before the setup date.
- The last day to apply to be in the Evansville show is June 1st, 2027, and the last day to apply to be in the Owensboro show is July 1, 2027.
