Exhibitor Requirements, Deadlines & Policies
- All exhibitors must be set and ready by 9 AM on Friday and stay set up until 5 PM on Sunday unless cleared with the event promoter.
- If other arrangements need to be made, exhibitors will need to contact Jeff Mayo via phone call @ (270) 748-5706.
- All reservations must be made 2 weeks before the show setup date.
- All reservations must be paid 2 weeks before the setup date.
- The last day to apply to be in the show is June 1st, 2026.
